We have two different pricing systems to suit your ordering profile. We refer to these two pricing systems as 'Online' and 'Export'. We'll be pleased to be of service to you whatever quantity you order.

1. Online ordering and pricing system

When you order online there is minimum order amount US$10 applies. Shipping charge is free. We supply you from our extensive stocks at prices shown on the website. This is what we call our "Online Price". There are also great discounts of 5% for orders over $50, 10% for orders over$125, 15% for orders over $300 and 20% for orders over $750 which are calculated automatically at the checkout.

We've made it really easy for you. No need to check delivery costs. We will ship by Air Postage (typically 1-2 weeks of delivery). Just follow the online ordering system through to the checkout. There you'll see the total amount which includes shipping cost and discount. You can go back and change the quantities.

If you experience any difficulties at all during the ordering process please don't give up, you can have a look through our help pages, you might find the answer to your problem there, or you can just mail us at sales@hqpapermaker.com with the exact paper codes and we will calculate the order manually and tell you how to enter your credit card details on a special online payments page instead.

2. Export ordering and pricing system

If you are able to order a minimum of $2,000 per consignment, we can offer you even lower prices. We call this our "Export Price". This option suits wholesalers and volume users. If you purchase more than US$1,000 but less than US$2,000, we will still apply our Export Prices but will also include an additional 20% surcharge which still allows you to make good savings on our Online Prices.

The customer whose historical purchase amount in our record hit US$5,000 will be entitled to get the Export Price for all onward orders.

Discounts of 3% are given for orders over $5,000, 5% for orders over $10,000, 7.5% for orders over $25,000 and 10% for orders over $50,000 per order/consignment.
